**The Position**:

**We offer 1 year contract

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all Reception related tasks;-

- Managing security guards;-

- Creating Incident report and monitoring of assets;-

- Analysing Logistic Incident for supply chain security;-

- Assist BI Employees during travels;-

- Managing Anti-counterfeiting notifications in collaboration with other functions;-

- Monitoring company events from a Security perspective;-

- Assistance to Local Crisis Manager;**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in security roles-

- Good English knowledge, especially in writing-

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package-

- Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously-
