We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are seeking a Junior CRM-Manager to become a part of our team. Job Description:Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/campaigns;Basic user segmentation;Implement new chains and optimize the current ones;Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, operations team;Grow CRM and Retention metrics;Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs;Prepare work results reports. Qualifications:Work experience in the field of gamification, gaming technology, or related fields is a plus (preferably 6 months to 1 year);Experience with game mechanics, game scenarios, and gamification solutions is an advantage (e. g. , implementing points, levels, leaderboards, rewards). Work with CRM (analytical tools, promotions, email marketing) is also an asset. Knowledge of tools for analyzing user behavior is beneficial (e. g. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.

). Fluency in English is required to read technical documentation and collaborate with international colleagues.
