Supporting in the execute of the loyalty programme and CRM activities.
Support the management of ongoing loyalty programme activities, including defining promotions, piloting new benefits and coordinating partners involved in the process.
Support the development of training material dedicated to points of sale on CRM initiatives, including tracking procedures related to POS systems and sharing best practices, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
