We are looking for a talented worker who will ensure an efficient planning of the activities.

You will become part of the Customer Service Coordinators team, working from our main office in Cinisello Balsamo, from which you will be in contact with the field service engineers of your assigned territory.

You will be supported by the health & safety office in the preparation of the documentation needed for the entrance of our colleagues at the client site.

You will be the point of reference for each technician: they will ask you for support to be able to remedy problems in time!

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan the operational activities of the field service engineers and their movements in the reference territory, ensuring the availability of spare parts

- Manage customer relations with efficiency and professionalism

- Ensure that documents and permits for the access to the client's site are available, comparing with the Health, Safety and Environment department

- Follow up on the administrative activities on time and take care of the opening and closing of work orders

- Handle any claims and reminders for delays on parts supply.

What are we expecting from you?

- From 6 to 12 months of experience in general business planning, preferably in a customer service environment

- High school diploma; university degree is a plus

- Good knowledge of English

- Basic knowledge of the MS Office package

- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Strong ability to withstand stress

- Excellent problem solving and team working skills

- Good communication skills at all levels

- Habit of working within deadlines
