As a Junior Customer Success you will be 100% responsible for managing and supporting our small and medium sized customers during their lifecycle with SumUp POS.
In this role you will be facing clients at all levels and interacting with every department in the company, therefore we need you to have a proactive and positive attitude.

**Missions**:
- Train and empower customers in their use of the Sumup Cassa ecosystem
- Proactively look for improvements and solutions to existing processes
- Be the voice of our customers within the company
- Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Product, Support, Marketing and Operations
- Upselling and managing product integrations.
**Who we are looking for**:
- You have a positive and proactive attitude (must have)
- You are a strong team player that can rapidly adapt to rapidly evolving situations (must have)
- You are very good at empathizing with clients and explain complex issues in a simple way
- You are able to be organized in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
- You are a good negotiator when situations heat up
- You are fluent in Italian and English (must have), French, Spanish and German are a plus.
