If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us. As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our Italian team based in Milan. The roleThe Junior Customer Success Specialist role will cover a wide range of customer support and sales tasks, working closely with the Business Development team.

The Junior Customer Success Specialist will:Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signedSupport our customers in defining their digital strategyEngage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagementsCollaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesEvaluate dealer performance i. e.

failures on website, pictures in stock, usage of new features, website performance etc. Support with the Sales Forecast reporting and monitoring systemPropose lead generating campaigns based on best in practice and over performing customersDeveloping testimonial strategies together with salesRequirementsOur ideal Junior Customer Success Specialist will have a keen interest in Sales, with a strong understanding of the digital or automotive industry.
