Honeywell is looking for Apprenticeship who will be trained in 18 months as Junior Customer Support for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division based in Padova. Honeywell Building Solutions is a $2. 5B strategic business unit inside of Honeywell's Global Building Technologies Business.

Tasks

**Your responsibilities**:

- Order processing by using Honeywell tools by adhering to and observing procedures, policies and organizational systems-Updating customer accounts

- Scanning & filling all customer documentation ready for processing

- Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information

- Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.

- Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements

**Requirements**:

**Must have**:

- You are under 29

- A bachelor Degree or Diploma

- Good English knowledge both in written and spoken

- An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues;

- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
