As a Junior UX Designer, you will work within our design team to assist in the creation and enhancement of digital products that prioritize user experience. Within an international and multidisciplinary team of front-end engineers, user-experience designers, user researchers and other professionals you will design and continuously improve the end-to-end experience our products. Your work will be key in creating useful, usable, and delightful new and existing solutions and patterns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other designers and the business team to understand project requirements and user needs.

- Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

- Support in the creation of user personas and journey maps.

- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams (e. g. , product managers, developers) to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

- Be an ambassador of design thinking and user-centered processes within the organization.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

- Chance to work on innovative projects that impact users' experiences.

- Work within our lean design process, while efficiently exploring design concepts, iterating, and validating design alternatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication & Multimedia Design or related field will be a plus.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (e. g. , wireframes, prototypes).

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or similar.

- Basic understanding of user research methodologies

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate designs accordingly
