HSPI S. p. A. , a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Junior Consultant to join a team of Management Consultants specializing in Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management, as part of the expansion and strengthening of its staff at the Bologna headquarters.

**Main responsibilities**:

Supporting the review and/or development of Information Security Management Systems and Cybersecurity based on regulations, best practices, international and national standards (ISO, NIST, SANS, ENISA, CIS-CSC, GDPR, NIS Directive, etc.

);

Collaborating in defining models and conducting risk analysis activities;

Contributing to drafting and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures;

Monitoring project activities and milestones;

Identifying client needs and issues arising during project activities, communicating progress to stakeholders and the team;

Participating in meetings with key stakeholders.

**Required technical skills**:

Recent degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;

Good knowledge of English and perfect command of Italian, both spoken and written;

Good knowledge of the Office suite and Outlook.

**A plus would be**:

Knowledge of management systems principles defined according to ISO standards (ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301, etc.

);

Understanding of international best practices and frameworks for Risk Management, Information Security Management Systems, and major information security regulations (e. g. , ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS-CSC, OWASP, GDPR, AGID Minimum Measures, NIS Directive);

Any certifications in Lead Auditor 27001/22301/9001, COBIT, ITIL, CISA; CISM, CSX, etc.
