We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst with a strong attitude to change management, who wants to work with us in Teverola, Caserta, Italy.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Data analysis of Li-ion battery manufacture's KPIs in the different processesDevelop data analysis standards and tools for automated analysisCreate reports, data dashboards, graphs and visualizations related to Li-ion cell and battery productsIdentify areas to increase efficiency, cost saving and process improvementsSet up and maintain automated data processesMonitor and audit data qualityDevelop and maintain databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable formatPerform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of dataDesign and carry out surveys and analyze survey dataMine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting toolPrepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant dataWork with the engineers and production to check the dataRequirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, or statisticsWork experience as a data analyst or in a related fieldExperience in handling large data sets and relational databasesUnderstanding of addressing and metadata standardsExperience with SQLKnowledge of any programming language like Python or RExperience with Power BI or other dashboarding softwareOpen approach to collaborate directly with external consultantsTeam player willing to share knowledge and ideasFluency in English (oral and written) is a MUSTFluency in Italian (oral and written) is a PLUSAbility to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlinesGood pitch presentation ability is a PLUSWork Conditions: Location in Teverola, Caserta, Southern ItalyLive and work close to Naples, Costiera Amalfitana, Capri, and RomeStimulating work environmentFull-time jobSalary to be defined with Management (negotiable)Competitive conditions with good insurance and pension schemesStart date: ASAP, on-site
