Turning data into insights will lead our teams to make more informed business decisions and help in creating more exciting and adventurous trips!What's the job? Assume responsibility for the creation, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs related to growth, marketing, operations, and CRMOwnership of conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations.

Build performance reports based on business requirements. Perform analyses to inform our Growth Team on how to optimize spend and attract new customersConduct A/B & Multivariate Tests across the WeRoad digital marketing and CRM efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness, analyzing results and assessing significance to guide the marketing teamAnswer data questions by building high-quality and reliable datasetsContribute to developing our BI data warehouse, our R&D projects, and growing our teamWhat you'll bring to the table:Mandatory: Proven experience in analytics with 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. Strong SQL skills (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Good knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Looker; proficient in building and designing clear dashboards. Strong technical and analytical background with the love to dig deeper into the data until you can tell a compelling story with your insights. Natural curiosity, the desire to take full ownership of your projects, passion for data, a keen eye for detail, and a hands-on mentalityFluent in EnglishBonus points for having:Experience with interactive computational notebooks like Deepnote, JupyterLab, or Hex. Proficiency in Python and its scientific libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib). Knowledge of innovative methods and Machine Learning techniques.
