WSP has a great new opportunity for an **Junior Data Analyst**to join our **Digital Innovation team**based in **Rende (Cosenza)**.

This opportunity to join one of the most important and internationally recognised design companies, working on projects that can shape the future.

You will join a multidisciplinary and international team that supports our clients in meeting design challenges in different sectors in Italy and around the world.

The position includes support in managing and analysing environmental data within national and international projects of environmental impact assessment, sustainability analysis and climate change.

The data you manage comes from field activities, laboratory data, environmental databases and is analysed for the production of visual and cartographic elaborations.

**YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?

In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition, analysis, and management of environmental data, ensuring accuracy and reliability for various projects.

You will handle large datasets, structure them effectively, and maintain databases to support environmental reporting and decision-making.

Your work will involve producing detailed reports and technical documents, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that contribute to environmental assessments and compliance initiatives.

Additionally, you will develop workflow automation procedures to streamline data processing and improve efficiency.

Utilising BI tools, you will analyse data trends and generate visual representations to support business intelligence efforts.

A key part of your role will also include producing high-quality maps, integrating spatial data to enhance environmental planning and project execution.
