EMM is seeking a talented Junior Data Architect to join our Business Intelligence team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational independence in an Agile environment, priority management capabilities and deadline adherence while working in a collaborative team setting.

They will support the design, development, and management of the enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Working under senior data architect guidance, they will collaborate with data engineers, analysts and stakeholders to ensure data integration, quality, and security, with a particular focus on cloud environments.

Main activities: Support senior data architects and stakeholders in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical data architecture solutions Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to align data strategies with business needs Contribute to the design and implementation of data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for structured and unstructured data Participate in designing cloud and on-premises data architectures to optimize performance and scalability Support legacy system migration to modern data platforms and cloud environments Collaborate on data governance process development, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with corporate standards Create technical documentation for data architectures, workflows, and best practices Monitor data infrastructure performance and resolve issues Keep current with emerging technologies in the data architecture field Required Qualifications: Advanced English language proficiency (C1/C2), both written and spoken, essential for the position Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in enterprise data solution design and integration Proficiency in Cloud and On-Premise solutions, focusing on data warehouse and data mart implementation Mastery of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical) Advanced SQL knowledge and analytical capabilities Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools Basic understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with attention to detail Strong communication skills for collaboration and documentation Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to evolving project needs What We Offer: Permanent Contract (according to the Italian national collective labor agreement - CCNL metalmeccanico) Dynamic and multicultural environment Involvement in projects with prestigious international companies Training/certification programs to enhance professional skills Health insurance Ticket Restaurant Seniority level Mid-Senior level
