EMM is seeking a talented Junior Data Architect to join our Business Intelligence team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational independence in an Agile environment, priority management capabilities and deadline adherence while working in a collaborative team setting.

They will support the design, development, and management of the enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Working under senior data architect guidance, they will collaborate with data engineers, analysts and stakeholders to ensure data integration, quality, and security, with a particular focus on cloud environments.

Main activities: Support senior data architects and stakeholders in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical data architecture solutionsCoordinate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to align data strategies with business needsContribute to the design and implementation of data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for structured and unstructured dataParticipate in designing cloud and on-premises data architectures to optimize performance and scalabilitySupport legacy system migration to modern data platforms and cloud environmentsCollaborate on data governance process development, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with corporate standardsCreate technical documentation for data architectures, workflows, and best practicesMonitor data infrastructure performance and resolve issuesKeep current with emerging technologies in the data architecture fieldRequired Qualifications: Advanced English language proficiency (C1/C2), both written and spoken, essential for the positionDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fieldsMinimum 3 years hands-on experience in enterprise data solution design and integrationProficiency in Cloud and On-Premise solutions, focusing on data warehouse and data mart implementationMastery of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical)Advanced SQL knowledge and analytical capabilitiesExperience with ETL/ELT processes and toolsBasic understanding of data governance, quality, and security principlesProblem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with attention to detailStrong communication skills for collaboration and documentationTeam-oriented mindset and adaptability to evolving project needsWhat We Offer: Permanent Contract (according to the Italian national collective labor agreement - CCNL metalmeccanico)Dynamic and multicultural environmentInvolvement in projects with prestigious international companiesTraining/certification programs to enhance professional skillsHealth insuranceTicket RestaurantSeniority levelMid-Senior level
