Junior Demand Generation
Honeywell** is looking for **a Junior Demand Generation **who will be trained in 12 months for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division based in Cologno Monzese (MI).

**Position summary**:
As a part of the European Demand Generation Team, you will be working towards supporting & developing a consultant/end-user engagement strategy for selected Vertical/Regional markets.
The role requires you to work with your regional Demand Generation/Vertical/Campaign team members on developing digital assets and deploying campaigns into selected consultant communities.
You would also be expected to work on analyzing market intelligence and creating reports to support strategy-related discussions.
You would also be expected to understand topics such as Smart Buildings, Digital engineering, the role of technology in achieving sustainability goals, Net Zero, ESG, and IoT.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop an understanding of our various verticals and breakthrough initiatives.
- Help develop a consultant engagement strategy for our key verticals
- Help create required digital Persona content for our key verticals
- Develop new ways to engage with the consultant community
- Analyze market intelligence data and create reports.
- Understand customer requirements by going through User requirement specification.
- Be able to understand technical document.
**You will need to**:
- Work with regional sales and demand generation team
- Work with cross functional team (Proposal and Estimation team, Procurement, Delivery etc.
)
- Work with internal / external agencies
- Work with internal digital marketing teams
**Must have **(No prior skills are required however following experience will be preferred)**:
- bachelors' or master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of Digital / social media
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience of creating digital content
- Ability to operate collaboratively
- Understanding of digital/ cloud technologies
- Develop macro in excel to expedite the estimation process.
**Requirements: (Nice to have)
- Understanding of smart technologies (IoT/ Networks)
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Willingness to learn and further your education
- Work as a part of team and collaborate
- Understanding of smart technologies
- Understanding of Cyber Security and operational technology.
- Understanding and passing all your training
