We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Junior Product Design Engineer or Mechanical Engineer focused on product design development to join our newborn company. We are a new team with a young and energetic spirit.

We work globally, from big companies to innovative start-ups alike, designing and engineering solutions and products.

Your roleAs part of the team, you develop products from concept following them until mass production. You have a background in mechanical engineering or equivalent with knowledge in CAD and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment. You will contribute conceiving technical product design solutions and working the concepts up to full engineering details for manufacture. Your tasks will include:Working alongside the customers, product designers and all the project contributors to achieve the best designs possibleApplying technical knowledge in the evaluation and development of applicable processes for manufacturingEnhancing the competitiveness of the products by improving designs, reliability and qualityIdentifying the best materials and manufacturing technologies for each projectCreating 2D and 3D technical drawingsWhat we are looking forMaster Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or equivalentAbility to work as part of an organic, fast-paced design and innovation processFlexibility and cross-disciplinary approachAbility to communicate across design teams and suppliersGood level in English and ItalianTechnical skillsKnowledge of 3D CAD Creo softwareKnowledge of 2D drawing standardsAbility to run, calculations, tolerance analysis etcKnowledge of prototyping technologiesUnderstanding of materials and manufacturing processes and their impact on functionality and aesthetics In addition, we'll appreciatePassion for mechanicsTechnically and mechanically creative problem-solving skillsAttention to detailsAbility to design within a given set of parametersAbility to communicate concepts quickly and effectively through sketching or quick CAD modelingHow to applyTo apply, please send your up-to-date CV to ****** Concrete collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
