We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented Junior Product Design Engineer or Mechanical Engineer focused on product design development to join our newborn company.

We are a new team with a young and energetic spirit.

We work globally, from big companies to innovative start-ups alike, designing and engineering solutions and products.

Your role As part of the team, you develop products from concept following them until mass production.

You have a background in mechanical engineering or equivalent with knowledge in CAD and a passion for working collaboratively in a team environment.

You will contribute conceiving technical product design solutions and working the concepts up to full engineering details for manufacture.

Your tasks will include: Working alongside the customers, product designers and all the project contributors to achieve the best designs possible Applying technical knowledge in the evaluation and development of applicable processes for manufacturing Enhancing the competitiveness of the products by improving designs, reliability and quality Identifying the best materials and manufacturing technologies for each project Creating 2D and 3D technical drawings What we are looking for Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or equivalent Ability to work as part of an organic, fast-paced design and innovation process Flexibility and cross-disciplinary approach Ability to communicate across design teams and suppliers Good level in English and Italian Technical skills Knowledge of 3D CAD Creo software Knowledge of 2D drawing standards Ability to run, calculations, tolerance analysis etc Knowledge of prototyping technologies Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes and their impact on functionality and aesthetics   In addition, we'll appreciate Passion for mechanics Technically and mechanically creative problem-solving skills Attention to details Ability to design within a given set of parameters Ability to communicate concepts quickly and effectively through sketching or quick CAD modeling How to apply To apply, please send your up-to-date CV to ****** Concrete collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
