- One-year experience in a Digital or Social Agency in the same role, **not more**:

- Experience working in social media management, social media advertising, digital media, online advertising, marketing

- Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment

- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

- Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines.

- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible

- Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers

- Google Analytics and performance benchmarking

- Fluent in English

**Description of the position

Activities:

- Support and supervise social media channels activity on a daily basis (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, etc.

).

- Increase follower base and engagement metrics.

- Social media moderation and community management engaging our members in meaningful conversations.

- Constantly check on social activities metrics and performance to analyze results and propose potential improvements.

- Develop creative contents such as Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok into account instant marketing strategies.

- Develop an editorial plan

- Experience in organizing and managing events

- Social Media Management tools (es: Socialbakers, Hootsuite, Emplifi, Agorapulse etc.

)

- Inshot, Capcut and other similar mobile tool app

- Meta Business Suite
