Adec is a Health Practice focused on providing patients a one-stop solution for health, wellbeing, beauty, and the prevention of chronic conditions.

We're currently undergoing a large expansion of our practice and the marketing team will have a prominent role in this ambitious plan, growing accordingly.

We're looking for an **extraordinary creative marketer** who is fluent in English and Italian and is **passionate about content marketing, SEO and digital advertising**.

As a Marketing Specialist at ADEC, you will work side by side with our Marketing team to create and execute our content, SEO and advertising strategy.

**In this full-time apprenticeship position, you will**:

- Execute digital marketing activities to generate leads, awareness and increase retention rate

- Collaborate with the team to define and execute our strategy

- Inform patients and prospects of existing and new services through digital marketing campaigns

- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and report to the team

- Interface with marketing suppliers, internal staff and collaborators

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility for apprenticeship

- University degree within Marketing, Communications or similar

- You have relevant working experiences, e. g.

through internships in digital marketing

- Italian is your native language and you're fluent in English (or bilingual)

- Passion for Digital Marketing and curiosity about search engine positioning strategies (SEO)

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- You're a digital native and a fast learner when it comes to using tools like Google Analytics or a CMS

- You're a real team player
