THE ROLE We are looking for a talented Junior Digital Strategist to join the multi-channel/digital marketing team of the group's Healthcare division, VML Health. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing environment and have an understanding of digital strategy and project management. The digital strategist will be a key person in looking for ways to grow new business and regularly contribute to the development of pitch materials as well as taking an active role in pitching for new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the digital ecosystem, from multi-channel, tactics, and devices, in order to create and manage a wide range of digital projects such as websites, apps, online advertising, and social campaigns and digital engagement activities at events/congresses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the design of campaign strategies that are insightful, innovative, integrated, and effective. Develop and create innovative projects, from design to prototyping to final deployment, while ensuring completion of agreed objectives while respecting timelines/budget constraints. Execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), Google Ads, including reporting and data analysis. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team which often includes external suppliers. Work closely with the various heads of department, collaborate positively with colleagues from other agency functions and develop proactive working relationships with external clients. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Ability to work independently. Demonstrate a strong, proactive attitude towards project management and exploring innovative solutions to customer needs. Clearly has a passion for digital marketing channels and resources. Fluency in English.
