Junior Distribution Joint Account Manager (F/M/Div)
As a Junior Distribution Joint Account Manager, you will design, execute and control all sales activities for the defined joint accounts to fulfill the sales objectives and maximize the business for all Infineon products according to the business plan agreed with the Regional Sales Head and the divisions.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with local distributor branch offices.
To achieve success in this role, you will have to manage several key customers jointly with distribution.
In your new role you will:
- Strive to achieve the distribution sales revenue targets and demand creation objectives to **grow our market share **in your assigned area.
- **Build and maintain strong and trustful relationship **with your customer and distribution partners.
- **Promote our solutions and organize technology meetings **at your key customers jointly with our distribution partners.
- Coordinate all required actions with all involved parties (Field Application Engineers, Regional Distribution Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Service) to **win and support launch of new projects **.
- Analyze your **customer structure and potential to define strategic development **(derive actions, coordinate relationship matrix, involve necessary resources from technical team to marketing).
- Regularly **report **to Infineon management and divisions on market news, **projects progress and critical issues **.
Strong communication skills are your outstanding strength and you know how to build positive and lasting relationships.
With your result-oriented mindset, you always consider the impact of your actions.
In addition, you have a clear vision of how your ideas and innovation contribute to success.
You have a strong team spirit and proactively exchange your knowledge and experience within the team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology **or equivalent field of studies.
- Strong **drive, motivation and self-reliant behavior **as well as the ability to **manage complex situations **and **solve problems **with several stakeholders.
- **Fluent in English and Italian **.
German is a plus.
