We are currently seeking a **talented recent graduate** with a strong tech-geek attitude, passion for digital and e-commerce looking for a new professional adventure in our Tech-Operations team as **Junior E-commerce Project Manager**.

**The team you'll be part of**:

**Our Operations team is a pillar of TLG, where we take new challenges and create possibilities within the global luxury fashion and design ecosystems**.

As part of OPS team, you'll be responsible of the platform that powers TLG, its efficiency, its innovation, its speed of evolution.

Being a member of this group of very talented people, working across engineering, support and enterprise architecture, will allow you to grow and leave your mark while contributing to TLG's business mission.

**What you'll do**:

- ** Deliver projects** **to push ecommerce one step forward**: manage the complete lifecycle of your projects to smartly combine technological and process solutions in multiple areas such as user experience, performance, payments, logistics.

(e. g.

launch a new entire brand store, speed up package preparation processes, launch a new payment method integration, add a new sale channel)

- You have the opportunity and the responsibility to create or improve the way we do things_.

- ** Collaborate** **with internal teams** **and third parties** (Creative, Development, Administration, Customer Happiness Center, Store Management) to hit the target in terms of functionality, quality, costs and speed of execution.

- You have visibility with and you can learn from TLG colleagues, international Brands and international service Companies. _

- ** Be responsible for customers and colleagues experience**, providing world class proactive support and resolving every technology issue that comes your way!

**What we're looking for**:

- Engineering degree strongly preferred;

- Tech geek inside;

- Ability to learn rapidly and eagerly;

- Proactive approach to problem solving;

- Focused on achieving great results;

- Excellent analytical communication skills - verbal and written;

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment;

- Positive attitude - and fun to work with!

- Fluent in English.
