Junior Ecommerce Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

AMAZON

Support the Consumer Beauty Senior Account Manager in the annual negotiation

Ownership of the day-to-day commercial relationship with Amazon Italy while closely collaborating with internal cross-functional teams

Ownership of online Catalogue maintenance and optimization, leveraging global assets and local agencies

Execute and monitor eCommerce KCP events, promotions, and marketing campaigns, including promotional spend

Work closely with the Supply Chain and Credit teams to achieve operational excellence

**ETRADE AND OTHER PURE PLAYERS CUSTOMERS**:

Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Sales teams for the online aspect in their omnichannel strategy for a defined cluster of Brick and Click and Pure Player customers, developing and implementing local ecommerce activation plans

Develop and implement online activities on E-retailer websites that engage with consumers and online shoppers

FOCUS CONTENT

Through a sophisticated reporting tool, monitor and report content, assortment and availability, rating & reviews, search rank of key customers

Developed ad hoc project to enhance PDPs for Amazon across our brand portfolio by adapting the content and images development

REPORT

Updating sell-out tracking files with timely and accurate delivery

Contribute to the preparation of the monthly ecommerce update and other reports and post evaluation

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

The role will have an Intern at direct report

Coty Fit

1/3 Years in a sales/marketing job

**Education**: Master's Degree or equivalent

**Languages**: Italian and English fluent

Team player, energetic, good empathy and communication skill

Analytical skills

Deadline-oriented

Strong interest in the Digital and Ecommerce world, any previous experiences/projects related to the listed fields will be considered as a plus

Strong passion for the luxury and beauty world

Prestige and/or Consumer Beauty brand experience preferred

MS Excel proficiency, Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, content management database systems (e. g.

PIM/DAM)
