We're looking for a junior talent to join our e-commerce Team to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.

You'll join our consumer e-commerce team, as a Junior e-shop Manager based in Milan.

You will be leading the launch and the rump up of our company e-shop, besides the launch and the management of new partnerships.

You deeply understand final customers behaviors and feelings and feel energized and excited to work to create impactful solutions that are ahead of the market.

What you'll do

You will drive our new e-commerce platform to drive sales from final customers with our most exiting range of products.

Besides, you will open new partnerships through this platform.

You continue to re-define and take ownership of our products for the digital age!

Key areas of responsibilities-

- Own the forecasting, demand planning and sales quota for the shop-

- Build and manage the affiliate/partnership programs and shape additional revenue streams- Partner with company stakeholders in Channel Marketing and Product Marketing to identify content needs to create a best-in-class product presence online- Collect product data and content from team members in other functions and locations as well as assisting in the development of new best in class content- Become the go-to resource for online product content among Channel Marketing, Account Teams, and Product Marketing- Monitor online retail in Lighting product categories and overall for insights on competitive activity, emerging opportunities, and best in class approaches

What you'll need- Minimum of a BA/BS and MBA preferred- 7+ years of experience with an international company with a digital or eCommerce focus- Ideally 3+ years of experience with direct shop management- Ability in finding and establishing new partnerships to be developed through our website- Owning a full shop or group of shops directly, not third-party e-tailers- Entrepreneurial mindset a major plus!- You have excellent English communication and presentation skills next to local language
