Partner with the best As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will proactively support the Site team in disciplines related to electrical machines and components, especially in the phases of commissioning and start-up.

As Junior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Identifying technical non-conformances or technical clarifications to provide technical support to field pool for troubleshooting and to support them in front of Customer. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to help them in resolving technical issues. Providing support in identifying the most effective solution for the site, including temporary and permanent solutions if needed, maintaining strong focus on timing required for non-conformities resolution and technical clarification reply. Ensuring safe and reliable operation of fleet in installation & commissioning phase, through analyses of past events and proposal of improvements. Supporting customer issues identifying solution in accordance with senior engineers. Providing reports to customer to identify solutions. Supporting site team and interacting with field service engineer, installation manager that is responsible for the installation job, project manager of the job, sourcing department, Engineering departments. Interfacing with other businesses and suppliers. To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's in electrical / electronic Engineering. Have academic knowledge of rotating electrical machines (motors, generators). Have fluency in English (both oral and written). Effective problem identification and solution skills. Be able to give telephone availability out of normal working hours and availability for occasional traveling to execute site assessment/support.
