Contribute to the specification, design, implementation of embedded software components using state-of-the-art design principles Maintenance, extension and re-engineering of existing components Investigation of defects reported by testing and rapid problem solving Collaboration with team colleagues locally and remotely, e. g.

design new functions and perform code reviews.

Ensure quality of implemented functionality by collaborating with requirement engineering team and testing team as well as implementing automated tests.

Your Best Self Further qualifications may include:

Degree in computer science and/or software development Some experience in developing and maintaining embedded controls software solutions.

Knows and applies state-of-the-art software engineering practices.

Is usedto or interested in collaborating in an international, distributed environment with changing priorities, preferrably experienced in real-time systems and embedded Linux.

Understands software architecture and design, OO-programming in C++, C, unit testing, scripting.

Used to work with software development tools such as Git and JIRA, preferrably experience in design and analysis of real-time systems and embedded Linux.
