What will you be doing? You will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering support. You will perform engineering support functions to provide the highest level of service and to contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results, maintain efficiency in operational processes and procedures, serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (engineering, field sales, supplier marketing, purchasing, and other corporate departments).

Data Processing: Enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system working with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues. Data scrubbing, update, and maintenanceData Analysis / AnalyticsPull reporting/generate new reports regularly and on a case-by-case basisLeads follow upSamples managementThe Operation Specialist recommends new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assists the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
