Job description The event producer junior will provide organizational and logistic support to our event and wedding planners' operational activities in our commercial office based in Empoli, Florence, Italy. Main tasks shall include: Assisting the team in the overall preparation and implementation of the events' production. Providing assistance to the event managers and graphic designers, liaising with venues and vendors. Contributing to the preparation of event budgets and drafting event reports. Supporting the team's general administration. Qualification and experience: Bachelor's degree, preferably. Excellent organizational and communication skills, acquired through previous work experience in the touristic, banqueting and other commercial environments. Proactive, reliable, and a teamwork player. Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages constitutes an advantage. Knowledge of Windows and IOS (including Office). A plus will be the knowledge of social media management. Flexibility in working hours, based on event calendar. Car equipped.
