**Your Profile**:
- **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself
- Hospitality studies or Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas
- Ability to work independently
- Capability of working with internal and external teams and partners
- Experience in coordinating large-scale events
- Familiarity with event software, in particular to create operational function sheets
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Microsoft Office literate
**Your Main Duties**:
- Organization and supervision of the hotel operations for private and corporate events: workshops, meetings, incentives, congresses, weddings, parties, receptions, lunches and dinners, cocktails, shootings, product launches, press conferences
- Supervising all the services for the events, such as accommodation, meetings, transportation, activities, gala dinners, etc.
consistently delivering events of exceptional quality and efficiency
- Reviewing all written communication, daily/weekly Banquet Event orders to determine efficient and effective staffing levels, supervising buffet décor and enhancements as they relate to banquets and meeting room set-ups
- Preparation of service orders to communicate the operational procedures to all staff involved in the event organization
- Ensuring quality standards within the department and granting high quality of service to our guests
- Maintaining a high level of service supported by the outcome of customers exit interviews
- During the events giving support and guidance to F&B personnel as well as monitoring job performances to ensure a successful experience to our guests
- Working in close collaboration with the Mice & Sales department
