**Junior Executive Assistant (Temporary Contract)**:

JOB MISSION

Contribute to the efficiency and the effectiveness of the Executives team, by supporting and facilitating their activities, through accurate planning and aligned with our sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support to manage the General Managers agendas

Support to organize and set up of business meetings, for the C-level executives

Preparation of presentations and other reports or documents in support of meetings

Management of the expenses report for the General Managers

Business travels organization also by making travel and accommodation arrangements, for the General Managers

Support the organization and management of guests' visits

Support the organization of meetings & events in collaboration with the various company departments

Organization and maintenance of the office filing system by archiving files and documents, drafting documents and minutes or forms

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

An experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role would be considered a plus

Multicultural and international background preferred

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English; a third language would be appreciated

Ability to develop complex presentations

Discretion and confidentiality

Time management

Accuracy

Analytical skills

Naturally inclined at maintaining interpersonal effective networking and in stakeholder management
