**Job Description**:

- As one of the first employees hired in our Italian HQ, you will proactively co-drive the expansion of Germany's fastest-growing business in one of Europeans largest solar markets

- You will develop entirely new strategies from the ground up

- You will customizing battle-proven processes to local needs

- You will manage entire projects independently including strategizing, facilitating monitoring and reporting

- You will act as sparring partner to country director and make sure that we are achieving the major milestones of our European internationalization strategy

- You will pitch and roll out new processes and operations while ensuring adaptability within the context of the Italian market

- You will structure and scale our processes from scratch in a short period of time

**Qualifications**:

- You are an entrepreneur at heart with a hands-on mentality and a solution to everything

- You have excellent practical judgement and prioritization skills (80:20)

- You are strong at prioritizing, focus on what is really important, and think about "what's next" on your own

- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, love to plan and execute plans

- The way you work is strongly analytical, you can break down problems and convey complex messages in a top-down approach

- Your work style is highly analytical, and you can deconstruct problems and communicate complex ideas in a top-down approach.

- Goes without saying: You have highly proficient Excel skills

- You have 6 months - 2 years years of experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e. g. , consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC)

- You are fluent in Italian and English
