Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Facility and Maintenance Support to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of the site.
In this position, you'll work closely with the Facility Manager to provide support in maintaining the facility and systems.
You'll help drive innovations in satellite operations by ensuring the smooth running of systems across the site.
Who You Are:The new resource will join the Facility and Maintenance team at Turin Teleport and support the Facility Manager to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the site.
She/He will act as a point of contact in case of all emergency situations relevant to facilities and systems.
What You'll Do:Performing/Overseeing the maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary) and updating the maintenance calendar and linked documentationService Now ticketing managementMonthly reports following site verificationsProvide evidence for internal/external audits (ISO 14001/27001/9001 certifications)Monitoring/control/analysis of faults linked to electric generators, UPS, electric systems, and conditioning systemsCabling activities in the rack roomsUse all monitoring/reporting tools to provide requested informationDraft documentation for the procurement of facility-related services, building and renovation works, furniture, or equipmentEnsure safety at the workplace by identifying, reporting, and correcting safety hazards; ensuring the availability of first aid and emergency supplies; ensuring that safety measures are adopted during repairs or maintenanceInstallation/dismantling of hardware, cabling, and power suppliesWhat You'll Need:University degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related subject. Knowledge of electrical distribution, air conditioning, and other site systemsKnowledge of safety regulationsProficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of AutoCADAbility to interpret and work from blueprints, manuals, diagrams, and other instructional materialsAbility to collect, analyze, and evaluate dataAbility to analyze situations and take appropriate action during emergenciesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a team and manage communication with the different functions involved in the processEnglish proficiency (at least B2 level)Curiosity and strong interest in innovationWhere You'll Work:This role is based in the Turin Teleport site, where you will collaborate with a dynamic and diverse team in a globally connected work environment.
