Position : Junior Fashion Production Manager Location : The fashion house is based in Paris, but the work will be remote.

Contract Type : Consultant (VAT registration required) - Full time Sector : Fashion Salary : Annual starting salary based on experience, starting from €40, 000.

Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Fashion Production Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle, working closely with the designer and supporting him in the various processes of garment creation and fabric sourcing.

Responsibilities Manage the production process from design to final garment realization.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and meet delivery timelines.

Monitor the progress of production, addressing any issues that may arise during the process.

Participate in fittings and revisions to ensure samples meet quality standards.

Maintain constant communication with the design team and the commercial team to ensure alignment on production goals.

Assist in maintaining documentation related to production and supplier specifications.

Analyze sales feedback and report any suggestions for improvements to production processes.

Fabric and Supplier Research: Actively seek fabrics and suppliers, anticipating that the candidate has an established network of suppliers.

Follow-Up: Oversee pre-collection and post-collection processes to ensure a smooth transition between development phases.

Requirements Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in fashion production, even through internships or traineeships.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of fashion industry trends and production techniques.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Computer skills, including familiarity with production management software and design tools.
