Sinclair is currently recruiting for Junior Field Service Technician based in our Arcore office.

The Junior Field Service Technician will utilize all appropriate technical skills in providing the best customer service for the category.

As part of the Service organization, by reporting directly to the Service Manager, The Junior Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing data, operating methods, support, installation and assistance for our customers.

The Junior Field Service Technician must speak Italian and English.

**Responsibilities of the Role

In-House:

- Reception of equipment on site

- Stacking of pallets/boxes

- Shipments of goods

- Inventory

- Testing and monitoring the proper functioning of new or repaired units

- Repair of units, accessories and individual handpieces

- Management, use and register of spare parts

- Support to Service Help Desk

- Compliance with H&S internal regulatory

- Care for the work environment

Customer's site:

- Installation of the Medical Devices

- Preventive maintenance

- Preventive evaluation and possible repair

- Recovery of the medical device if the maintenance activity has to be done at our office.

- Take care of any packaging of the units to be recovered.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor: High school, professional training or University degree in Electronics - Technician profile.

- Theoretical knowledge of electrical components and systems, software / hardware.

- Intermediate English level.

Italian is a must.

- Valuable: Experience in a technical department and managing the tasks described.
