We are looking for a junior figure to join the Finance & Accounting team at Deloitte Business Solution in Milan, working in a hybrid mode. Finance & Accounting (F&A) can provide comprehensive operational support in all activities involving the CFO and the Finance Function of client companies, such as general accounting and financial statements, management control, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, management of administrative processes related to the active and passive cycle, support in extraordinary situations, atypical transformations, and business discontinuity (Mergers & Acquisitions, Carve Out, evolution of organizational structures and information systems, processes and procedures), support in the replacement/integration of structures and organizational units, data cleaning and reconciliation projects. Your Role: The Junior resource will be integrated into a work team, assisting senior colleagues and dealing with: Verification and calculation of monthly allocations Preparation of adjustments/integration entries, settlement/recognition Drafting of financial statements/separate and consolidated financial statements Preparation of monthly or quarterly reporting according to various accounting criteria (IFRS, US GAAP, group principles, etc. ) Winning Requirements: Degree in economics or related fields Knowledge of national and international accounting principles (IFRS), tax regulations regarding direct and indirect taxes Excellent knowledge of the English language Availability for travel and on-site work when necessary.
