**Your main responsibilities

After the selection process, where we will discover your ambitions and your strengths, you will be assigned with one of these roles:

- Controller

- Strategic Buyer

- Credit Controller

- Data Analyst

With some of these responsibilities:

- Extracting relevant insights and providing suitable analytics for financial accounting, reporting and controlling

- Supporting business processes, development of new methodologies, procedures and tools in the financial field

- Runs ad-hoc requests triggered by business situations and interprets results, using financial and non-financial information

- Completes a number of processes and activities for administrative tasks, supporting and assuring an accurate closing process with clean books and records

- Controls credit limits for customers, assures timely credit collection and negotiates payment plans.

Supports legal for insolvency procedures

What you need to bring with you

- You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in Master's degree in economics

- You gained at least a 3-month finance internship experience

- You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English

- Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow

- Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective

- You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element

- Openness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad

- European Work Permit
