The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities within the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Italian accounting regulations.

The role involves working closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations on the company's financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day company accounts Assist with financial planning Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management Ensure government compliance in all tasks Qualifications Previous experience as a financial controller Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry Native / Fluent Italian Speaker + Good command of English Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA preferred).

Proven experience in a financial controller or accounting role, preferably in an international environment.

Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax laws.

Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both in Italian and English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
