Reflexallen Group**, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a **Junior Financial Controller**, directly reporting to our Group CFO.

The profile will be hired on a _**traineeship**_ contract with a view to permanent employment.

**Main Activities**:

- Preparation of monthly reporting package

- Collect and report data related to production costs and variance analysis

- Profitability analysis, by customer and by product

- Reports and analysis of deviations from the price and turnover budget

- Drafting monthly reports and preparing presentations on variances and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Support the forecasting process activities

- Knowledge of the development logic of a multi-year Business Plan (Income Statement/Cash Flow)

**Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management (graduating students will be considered for the role)

- Instant availability to start the traineeship program

- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Strong interpersonal skills: a dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated

- Willingness to travel

- Good knowledge of English

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Stipendio: a partire da €450, 00 al mese
