**Company Description**:

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, as Junior Financial Controller you will support the accounting process and monthly closing activities and provide support to prepare analyses and reports.

You will driven through a service mentality by sharing insights, by ensuring overall budget adherence for Balance Sheets & Cash Flow, by acting as a facilitator to achieve objectives, by highlighting risks and opportunities.

**MONTH END CLOSING

Coordinates the Month End Closing process.

Manages the monthly accrual process to ensure expense recognition and determine any budget risks.

Review financial results to support the Commercial Finance department to take appropriate actions in planning and risk signaling.

Reconciles the financial supporting systems (SAP FI/BI/Hyperion).

**REPORTING & ANALYSIS

Promotes efficiency in BS&CF in order to minimize deviation, time spent for report generation and increases time for analysis, commenting and insights sharing leading into recommendations and identifying efficiencies/opportunities.

Contributes to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long-term forecasts for the BS&CF.

**BUSINESS PARTNERING

Builds a solid relationship with all other Local Finance department (Commercial finance and Credit), our Finance HQ and our fiscal consultant based on mutual respect in order to BS&CF, taxes and liquidity and TP documentation preparation.

Works closely with the various partners, has a service mentality but also challenges them, asks questions, understands their customer and priorities.

Builds a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and taking on the role as consultative partner.

**Qualifications**:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance Controlling area and/or Financial Audit expertise in Balance sheet & Cash flow and taxes.

Relationship and problem-solving skills.

Analytical skills.

Excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any integrated business analysis tool is a plus (SAP BI/Hyperion, etc).

Strong negotiation and influencing skills with internal stakeholders.

Ability to hold people to set recommendations, guidelines, or processes.

Experience identifying and analyzing risks and impacts and able to think through alternatives.
