Job Description We are looking for passionate, motivated, curious, and talented individuals to join us.

As a Junior Financial Planning Analyst, you will work across different functions to grow your Finance skillset at both Local and Corporate levels, experiencing both forecasting and financial closing areas, in order to become a Finance Business Partner.

This journey will enable you to fully understand the whole regional P&L and assist the regional sales director in driving and improving the profitability of the region.

You will interact with all Financial departments, as well as other Corporate Departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide weekly and monthly analysis to explain deviations versus the budget/forecast; Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel databases; Support the Finance Team in the financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process for EMEA Regions; Assist with month-end and year-end closing; Produce ad hoc reporting; Qualifications REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience in similar roles; Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration; Very good knowledge of Excel; Fluent English (knowledge of another European language is a plus); Strong organizational skills; Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, and Google Sheets is a plus.
