To support this ambitious growth, we are expanding our Studio team with a dedicated Junior Functional Analyst – Intern. Job Title: Junior Functional Analyst - Intern Job Type: Internship (6 months, with possibility of extension or full-time offer) Department: Startup Studio As a Junior Functional Analyst Intern , you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze and document: Engage with stakeholders to identify and collect both functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure all requirements are well-documented, clear, and actionable for development teams. Translate business needs into technical specifications: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by converting business goals into understandable and implementable specifications. Collaboration with Product Owners: Work closely with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks that align with business objectives. Help define and communicate development goals to the team. Analyze and enhance business processes: Map out current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes. Assist in creating process documentation and models that support the overall business strategy. Support development and testing: Collaborate with the development and QA teams during the implementation and testing phases to ensure requirements are met. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to improve solutions. What You'll Bring: Must-have skills and qualities: Process design expertise: Ability to map out and design workflows that address specific business challenges effectively. Data analysis proficiency: Strong skills in working with Excel and databases to collect, organize, and analyze data for informed decision-making. User Interface design capability: Understanding of user-centered design principles to create intuitive and efficient interfaces. Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to requirements gathering and documentation to ensure nothing is overlooked. Synthesis and communication skills: Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Result-oriented attitude: Self-motivated, committed to achieving goals, and focused on delivering quality results. Flexibility and adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to evolving priorities. Nice-to-have skills and qualifications: "Design thinking" knowledge: Understanding of innovative problem-solving techniques to deliver customer-centric solutions. Integration methods (API, SOAP): Familiarity with system integration methods to bridge disparate systems effectively. Agile methodology experience: Experience or knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.
