**Junior Funded Research Project Manager**:

TXT Group is looking for a Junior Funded Research Project Manager who will be placed in the research and innovation unit of TXT e-Solutions, working across all group companies.

The resource will be involved in the management and execution of research projects funded by the European Community in different areas with particular reference to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and eXtended Reality (XR) technologies.

**Main responsibilities**:

Research project management;

Interaction with project partners;

Technology transfer to corporate LoBs.

**Technical skills required**:

Experience in European projects ( H2020, Horizon EU, etc);

Analytical skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Experience in Industry 4. 0 context welcome;

Good knowledge of English language, written and spoken.

**Education**: bachelor's or master's degree in Management Engineering, International Relations, Computer Science.

Proactivity, openness to learning, good analytical and communication skills complete the profile.
