GA is seeking a JUNIOR GA COORDINATION SUPPORT for the Milan office.

The role requires competence with legal documents and participation in national and international tenders, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate, supporting the Internal Legal Counsel, is a young professional, preferably with brief experience, who will: Coordinate and monitor various operations (including international) from start to the end, with project manager mindset Support in drafting engagement letters Prepare reports and documentation for the Managing Partner Handle multiple cases simultaneously, under pressure and with high schedule flexibility Key Requirements: Experience in structured Law Firms (nice to have) Proficiency in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Effective good command of written and spoken English, essential for international interactions Support in communications with network professionals and correspondence with consultants in Italian and English Excellent organizational skills Management and preparation of applications for public and private tenders The ideal candidate must be able to work in a stimulating, demanding and highly dynamic environment requiring strong time and pressure management skills.
