**Who you are**:

You have gained 1-2 years of work experience in graphic and digital design.

If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and you are smart and highly motivated, if you are driven by achieving ambitious results, this is the right role and place for you.

**What you will do**:

- Work together with marketing team to develop creatives for Amazon and digital advertising formats;

- Customize existing graphic assets in order to match Amazon style guidelines;

- Develop premium images to enhance customer experience and conversion rate;

- Support the marketing team to create assets for campaigns, events, product launches, blog articles and reports;

- Create output for offline materials ie.

packaging, brouchure, flyers. . . ;

- Follow our design system and brand guides and contribute to their evolution;

**What you need to have**:

- Good knowledge of the main Adobe CC graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma;

- Ability to design and create graphic, photographic, video and motion content;

- Interest in the creativity universe, confidence with social and digital languages and formats, continuous updating:

- Taste for aesthetic and personal style;

- Fluent in Italian and English;

- Personal portfolio with previous design projects;

**What represents a bonus**:

- Skill in photoshooting (set photos and still life)

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

- Basic knowledge UX/UI Design fondamentals
