It will be part of the Group G&A controlling team, with a strong focus on IT function but at the same time with the possibility to be involved in the consolidation process and the wider group controlling process

Your Tasks- Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated IT spend- Build relationships with the in-country finance teams and the local IT functions, helping to bring together information and reporting in a timely, clear manner- Support the budgeting, forecasting and mid-term financial planning processes of the Group IT function- Create performance KPI's and conduct variance and ratio analysis of current spend vs. budget and forecast- Monitoring of purchase orders' status vs. invoicing- Ensure implementation of the continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes and systems

Your Profile- University Degree in Business / Financial Management, with a focus on Controlling and Finance- 1 to 2 years, in a Finance Department or in a consulting firm (audit or transaction service experience)- Real team player with a strong attitude toward improvement and change- Quantitative approach with a business lens and mindset, capability to identify risks as well as opportunities and provide insights- Target-oriented, resilient, and proactive- Fluent in English- Proficient computer skills: MS Office (very good Excel skills mandatory); CCH Tagetik and MS Dynamics are a plus

More Information- Available to travel, periodically, both in Italy and Abroad- The role will be preferably based in Milan or Genoa, with flexibility for SmartWorking ( 50% of the time)
