Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (stage) Location: Roma Salary: EUR 50. 000 - 70. 000 QuiCare is a company leader in the development and management of innovative projects, integrated solutions, and services to support chronic patients and their families. We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Specialist for a extra-curricular internship. In this role, you will support the Human Resources department in talent acquisition and recruiting activities, including: Searching for and selecting candidates (publication of advertisements, CV screening, selection interviews). Organizing and planning recruiting and employer branding events. Managing relationships with business areas regarding resources and HR activities. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and planning of HR initiatives related to project staffing, team development, and talent acquisition strategies. Assist in the entire recruitment process: preparation of job positions and their publication, proactive candidate search, CV screening, organization and management of selection steps. Conduct direct searches for candidates, perform fitrate analysis, and actively contact potential talented candidates. Assist in managing the policy of Talent Acquisition, defining best practices to attract top talent. Manage all recruiting channels (CRM, LinkedIn profile, direct search, etc. ). Define and implement Employer Branding policies. Minimum Requirements: Enrollment in a degree program related to human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in HR processes, project management, and team coordination. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and external partners. Fluent in Italian (native level) and English (minimum B2 level). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and suggest solutions for improvement.
