For International Company, Leader in Supply Chain Industry, We are looking for a Junior HR Analytics, based on HQ in Peschiera Borromeo.

In this Junior HR Analytics role you will: Support the HR Analytics function for the preparation of reporting and analysis on HR-related KPIs and labour costs; Manage of activities related to the simulation, accounting and monitoring of labour costs (Budget, Forecast, Actual, Variance Analysis); Manage of Data Collection and Analysis activities instrumental to the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes; Prepare of summary presentations of analyses for management and preparation of monthly recurring reports; Support the Comp&Ben team on various control and monitoring activities; Support in the management of tasks related to compliance with Law 68/99 for protected categories What we need from you: Bachelor Degree Economics/Engineering; 1-3 years previous experience in HR Analytics/Hr Cost controlling or entry level HR role; Fluent English; Proficient software skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc) Knowledge of labor cost items and accrual
