Tasks Aligning business decisions with HR policies in Italy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Boels' strategic goals and standards Acting as the primary point of contact for HR matters, providing guidance and support for managers and employees in Italy Fostering employee satisfaction, retention, and development through proactive support and engagement Managing and overseeing the full HR process in Italy, supporting the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to promotions and terminations Implementing both central and local HR initiatives and projects to drive consistency and meet Italy's HR objectives Coordinating with internal and external payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll management Training and/or supporting hiring managers in conducting interviews or pre-screening calls and coordinating the recruitment process from beginning to end according to our TA Service portfolio First point of contact for recruitment marketing (translation of content, communication with recruitment marketing specialist about campaign management, website content, etc. )
