This position reports to:Business Manager - OperationsYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes.
Each day, you will provide HR support for the Local Division Distribution Solutions located in Dalmine (IT).
With the cooperation with the HRBP team, already there, you will partner with respective managers.
You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for the role is:This role is contributing to the local Distribution Solution Division, based in Italy, Dalmine plant. Main stakeholders:Line Managers, Employees (both Office and Production workers), internal HR experts and external partners such as Universities, Schools, and local work offices. You will be accountable for:Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies. Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. Leading employer branding initiatives with high schools and universities that are important for the plant and collaborating with managers on key recruitment initiatives. Driving employee engagement initiatives: learning and development initiatives, family events. Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change which will make an agile and lean factory. Qualifications For The Role:You have established skills in employee engagement initiatives. You have effective communication skills to clearly articulate strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels. You have passion and experience in people development programs. You have strategic thinking: the ability to think out of the box, the curiosity in exploring new ways of working and contribute to the people strategy. You have experience in change management, challenge status quo and adopt new way of working. You have ability to learn fast. You are a role model for integrity, equity and inclusion. A proven experience as HRBP in production is a plus.
