We are looking for a Junior HR Controller for our growing HR team based in Milan.
He/she will actively participate in the deployment of all HR Controlling processes, with a particular focus on People Analytics and Reporting.
**Main responsibilities**:
**People Planning**:
- Planning and control of personnel costs
- Planning and control of the major KPIs relating to Human Resources
- Develop analysis on HR Data & Staffing (Workforce Cost, Forecast, Budgeting, Planning)
- Develop standard and ad hoc reporting, both on the provisional part and the final balance (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Provide accurate and timely forecast and final data relating to personnel costs to actively contribute to the HR management
**HR Controlling**:
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and medium-term annual planning
- Determine allocations for quarterly closures
- Develop analysis of deviations vs. budget of previous year/previous forecast
- Develop and maintain the control model in SAP and Zucchetti tools
- Support the preparation of profitability analysis for industry/segment.
**Qualification**:
- Successful completion of studies in the field of economics, diploma or degree.
- 2 -3 years of working experience in similar HR/Controlling roles, ideally in a multinational company
- Knowledge of labor cost management fundamentals
- knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes
- Highly reliable character, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Well organized with an analytical mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP control modules and previous experience with HRIS is a plus
- Fluency both in speaking and writing English, other languages are a plus
